By purchasing any product from Highjump (joinhighjump.com), operated by Joy Group International, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
Highjump sells digital products including PDF guides, AI Smart Card decks, video courses, and Strategy Session bookings. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product via email or download link.
Digital products are licensed for your personal professional use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share purchased materials with others.
No Refund Policy
All sales of digital products are final. Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you have a question about a product before buying, please contact us at support@joinhighjump.com before completing your purchase.
Strategy Session Cancellation Policy
For live Strategy Session bookings:
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours or more in advance
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but can be converted into a credit to be used within 60 calendar days
- Unused credits permanently expire after 60 calendar days
- No-shows are automatic non-refundable cancellations with no exceptions
Intellectual Property
All Highjump content, including guides, video courses, AI Smart Card decks, and all associated materials, are the intellectual property of Joy Group International, LLC and are protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the material. No ownership is transferred.

Highjump products are educational in nature. Results from applying the guidance in our products will vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and market conditions. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, career results, or revenue generation.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.
